Let’s see, a little about me.
I live in Musselburgh, and if your familiar with the coastal town, I live not far from the iconic Luca’s ice cream cafe which is where you’ll find me most Sunday mornings having a veggie breakfast and flat white. I bought my flat 11 years ago and it’s my safe haven, I am such a home bird and love nothing more than cleaning, sprousing followed by a cosy candle lit evening on the couch. (oh how wild, I know!)
My journey into photography began during the 2020 lockdown- a time that allowed me to reflect and dive deep into my passion for photography and transform a dream into a reality. I still have to pinch myself!
I live with my wonderful husband, whom I married in 2018. He’s been my rock through this adventure and my biggest cheerleader. I’m also incredibly close to my little brother, who, despite being younger, is my go-to person and friend. Being a computer whizz, he’s always there to lend a hand with all things tech-related, making him more like a little big brother in my life.
Outside of photography, I have a background in Beauty Therapy, so I love taking time for self-care, whether that’s a massage, a facial, or just a relaxing day to recharge.

- My very first job was in a florist, and I even did the flowers for my own wedding!
- I’ll always be Jen Glen – I kept my surname after marriage in honour of my late father.
- When I need to relax, I like to watch some old school comedy favourites - think Only Fools and Horses, Still Game and Friends.
- I love a nice perfume! – some of my collection favourites are Penhaligon’s Halfeti, Tom Ford’s Rose Prick and White Suede, Le Labo’s Santal 33 and Tonka. Looking for wedding scent inspo? We can definitely chat!
- My perfect night in with friends involves a cheeseboard and plenty of Sauvignon Blanc – you can leave your high heels at home!
- I’m an interiors lover. If I’m not thinking about photography, you’ll find me looking for my next home project.
- I’m a big softie – it’s a privilege to be part of your special day, and I absolutely adore hearing how the couples I work with met, proposed and what they have planned for their weddings. Guaranteed you’ll find me having my own little moment behind the camera during your vows.
